Quite nice. What you expect from an Amarone. — a month ago
So pretty outstanding for the $22 I paid. Clocking in at Napa-level 15.5% ABV, you can nonetheless discern the soil and fig notes. Beefy, satisfying wine at great CBR. From Lower Falls WS. — 2 months ago

Solid “Baby Amarone!” Dark purple color. Aromas and flavors of ripe dark cherry, cranberry and strawberry fruit with additional notes of forest floor, baking spices and purple flowers. Smooth texture with a silky and juicy finish. Full bodied and rich. Thanks for sharing, Keith S! — 2 months ago

Ruby coloration. Strong plum on the nose and palate. Rich, full body pretty devoid of tannins at this point. — a month ago
Delicious!! Smooth and lighter than the typical Amarone — 16 days ago
After pressing dried grapes from making Amarone, Valpolicella wine is passed over the still warm skins of Amarone for 2nd alcoholic fermentation, increasing the alcoholic content, aromas and color. Blend of 85% Corvina, 10% Rondinella, 5% Oseleta. Deep Ruby with aromas of sweet dried berry fruits and pepper spice. On the palate ripe blackberry, currants and sweet cherry with complex spice. Well balanced with acidity and alcohol, full-body with soft tannins on long finish. Nice value. — 2 months ago
