Say hello to my first Tennessee wine!
This Cabernet Sauvignon is drinking very nicely now. Showing black fruits with oak, vanilla milk chocolate coffee, tobacco spices peppercorn.
Full bodied and bold with medium acidity and long legs.
Short finish with soft tannins and tangy raspberries.
Good right out of the bottle and better with some air time.
Easy drinking with a nice mouthfeel.
Good by itself as a sipping wine by the porch.
I paired it with cheeses and crackers. — a month ago

Always good when you're drinking with your BFF! Surprised at how balanced the flavors are in this one. Who knew? Such a nice wine from Tennessee! — 5 years ago

Music in the park. Pulled out of the wine fridge from the vineyard visit a year or two ago. — 3 years ago
Sharp sweet flavor. Almost like Cherry Coke. I can taste the brown sugar and smell the chocolate. — 3 years ago
My absolute favorite red wine! The blend is to die for. Recently did a wine tasting at the vineyard (January 2016) and they are switching up the mixture for a new Russell Reserve blend to be released soon. Excited and nervous at the same time for the new product! — 5 years ago
A nice expression from this vineyard. The fruit was a little shy but eventually came around with notes of raspberry’ spice and oak. — 3 years ago
Wonderfully dry and crisp with citrus elements. Very refreshing and would be great for a hot summer day with small plates or appetizers. — 3 years ago
A dry with nice body. Easy to drink. Reminds me of an Italian red wine — 4 years ago
