Prune and raisin aromas dominate the nose, and palate, along with sweet spice reminiscent of minced meat pie. Soft and supple. Best with a stew or tangine that would echo and play to this wine's characteristics. — 9 years ago

Smoky, charred oak aromas overlay supple, red fruit. Round, well integrated, tannins and mellow, dark red fruit flavors. Paired well with Steak au Poivre. Very nice. — 9 years ago
