Clear and pale ruby in appearence, fresh bouquet, hay, and hint of rose on the nose. Dry with certain acidity, comes with soft tannin. Plenty of fruit on the palate : cranberry, strawberry, red plum... Glass of quality wine to pair with Cantonese dishes, Teriyaki, Tapas...
