Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
A good friend shared this with me... as expected of a he recent vintage California Cabernet: an excellent red wine. Full bodied--was great with the blackened chicken and roasted peppers we had; very nice. I'm going to get another bottle. — 9 years ago

Discovered this gem at a wine tasting in Rome several years ago. Thought it was great 'til I ran into other better wines. Ran across a bottle last night in another part of the world, and thought it was even better than I had remembered. The tannin is a bit more than I usually like, but the bouquet, deep color, and overall taste was enough to win me over again. Would have been great with a rare, heavy Texas steak, but was perfect to share with my wife just by itself. — 8 years ago
