We bought this 2012 in the tasting room in Willamette Valley on our honeymoon in August 2013. Glad we waited a few years on this one! Very bright honey suckle and maybe papaya (tasting notes) on the nose. Vanilla and buttery oak on the tongue, but nicely balanced by lemony acidity. Great wine! — 5 years ago

This one seems like it got away from them a bit: alcohol was very prominent on the nose. — 7 years ago

We were looking for a simple bottle tonight, but were at the end of our everyday wines and opened this instead. It it not a simple wine. Much more earthiness and terroir than I expect from a Pinot. Cherries and tea(?) on the nose. Notes of Vanilla (feels like fairly prominent oak) and a bit hot (13.5%), hiding some of the more subtle flavors. — 5 years ago

Green apple (maybe peach) and honey suckle on the nose. Thick mouth feel. None of the Stoney, flinty flavor that you associate with Oregon Pinot Gris. Well balanced, almost off-dry, with strong residual sugars. From our honeymoon collection (2012). — 5 years ago

Seems like a very good value. Fruit forward and less tannic than I expected — 7 years ago
