2007 vintage on February 16, 2015. Still a little young and it shows in the tannins. Raspberries and beef. I love the way it evolves. Fruit forward and then the slight tartness (which will soften with more aging) hits the sides of your tongue then lingers and evolves forever. Very pleasant wine. I'd be curious to see how it drinks in 2018. — 10 years ago
Relatively dry and tame Pauillac. On the nose I get notes of brie and spice. Still needs time in the bottle. If opened in these early years I agree with other reviews that it needs ample time to breathe. — 10 years ago
2011 vintage tasted on February 13, 2014. A little early, but still displaying great character and good complexity. A very satisfying Cab. — 10 years ago
For $30, a great value for a fantastic Pinot. Mostly dry but floral with a wonderful evolution on the palate. Finish lingers, but I wouldn't call it long. Notes of blackberry, anise and a bit of leather on the finish. — 10 years ago
Had a good nose but unimpressive mouthfeel and not much evolution on the palate. I've seen people mention inconsistency from this wine so I guess I struck out the first time. Don't think there will be a second though. — 10 years ago

Just a great everyday drinker and a fine example of why Portugal is really making a name for themselves in the wine world. — 8 years ago
