candied red fruits, vanilla, cinnamon, dark chocolate and coffee in the finish. not my favorite bc it doesn't represent the region, it's very oaky and standarized
Nose: You just mucked out the stalls and walked away with the barnyard floor on your feet. As it sits, opens to a more savory and salty scent. Mouth: Vegemite and tamari with a hint of leather shoe store.
Like hugging a goat and burying your face in its fur. Gamey and savory. Roasted herbs and earthy, finish. On the nose petrol and charcoal briquettes. Beets would be a great pairing.
cheese and overly salty in the nose, very brine, dark fruits in the palate, however it has a glue loctite finish which makes it unpleasant. no sulfur added and its noticeable
