B: strong acidity. Dry. Medium complexity with fruit notes. Very drinkable. Very enjoyable. Paired well with food at Cafe Juanita.
J: colorful. Strong bubble. Great story...better in a more open glass...pairs well with all foods.

J: very brut. Strong bubble but rough after taste. Better in more open stem ware.

B: bold. Too much so for my champagne preference. Somewhat harsh with a long bitter finish. Better in open glass.
Probably would not buy again.

B: one word: dynamite. Revelation. What champagne should and could be. Two glasses. Krug glass and red wine bowl - great aroma in the bowl with slight increased bitterness perhaps. Clean finish. Would like to try other champagnes again...

J: bright, refreshing. Great daytime/first bottle. Yeasty, no after taste, better in krug vs red glass. Fine bubble.
