Wonderful full, velvety Gamay with just the right amount of natural funk...delicious. — 9 years ago
What can I say, I love this stuff! Have drinken quite a bit of it this week and as always love the slight spritz and balance initially...so drinkable, but new takeaways for me...cand def age this wine; and calling it a Rose is a bit of a disservice to its versatility. Held up all the way theough a meal of shrimp and heirlooms to Filet Mignon with Port/Gorgonzola sauce. Just amazing as always...my desert island wine. — 8 years ago
Bright and lively berries and fruits on the nose and tongue initially, became much more earthy and herbacious after being open for several hours. Enjoyable both ways with a consistent soft flowery texture in the mouth. This Jura wine from semi obscure grape reminds me why I like sampling new, natural wines that allow the individuality of the grape and terroir to shine. Great and interesting for the price. — 8 years ago
