Also, how’s 2018 in the loire? I’ve been letting my 2018s rest bc they were coming in hot.
@Alex Spoto crispy chicken and pea shoots at Wu’s, we missed dim sum! And yeah this was almost 15%! I thought it was dense and savory and enjoyable but warm Loire vintages are a weakness of mine. Loved the 15s which were too much for a lot of ppl
