Cinnamon, clove; sweet spice. Pie crust, stewed Granny Smiths and poached pear. A little time and savoury elements develop; mature jamon or jerky. Deliciously complex and constantly evolving. Dark fruits and cassis on the palate. Smooth with well balanced tannins. Dark and poignant, a deep bright purple. Excellent at the start but lacks a bit on the finish. — 9 years ago
