A sparkling stunner from Vouvray! Brought this beauty back from our last trip to the Loire Valley. It was made by the Pichot family who are experts in the region and wonderful host. — 10 years ago

Probably 5-7 years past its prime, this wine this wine was showing its age and higher alcohol. Slightly disjointed but came together with interesting to support a nice NY Strip off of the grill while watching the 2015 Oscars. — 10 years ago

Well my wife and I picked up this nice wine in the Santa Rita Hills AVA of Santa Barbara last year. It was an enjoyable wine. Very reminiscent of the region, meaty, savory, tar-like notes. I would have guested it for a blend in a blind tasting. It was well made wine and thoroughly enjoyable. — 10 years ago
