Doesn't have a particularity appealing smell, but is easy to drink. Lacks body. — 9 years ago
The best Pinot Noir I've ever tasted! An exceptionally palatable wine with no tannic bite, but rich, complex flavors. A slight acidity that gives it full flavor and character with just a hint of effervescence. I tried a glass of this and was so impressed I couldn't stop talking about it so a couple weeks later my boyfriend went back to the restaurant to buy me a bottle! As much as I want to drink it, I'm saving it for my birthday! — 9 years ago
Hands down the best Cabernet Sauvignon I have ever tasted. This varietal is generally always be my last choice, but not if more of it tasted like this. I wish we had cases of it. — 5 years ago
I was not a fan of this wine. It was very acidic, but to be fair I think it was because the bottle of wine had been opened for a while and it started to turn. — 9 years ago
I am not usually a fan of Chardonnay, mostly because it is often aged in oak which I'm not fond of. However, the bartender recommended this particular Chardonnay and told me the story behind it and I really enjoyed it. Can't wait to drink it again! — 9 years ago
Bright and buttery with a little zing of welcome acidity this is a gorgeous glass of wine. Light and refreshing, great paired with seared scallops. — 8 years ago
Very lovely wine. Smells very acidic, but doesn't have any bite as long as it's paired well. — 9 years ago
One of my favorite varietals, this didn't disappoint. Easy to drink, but had a nice kick to it. — 9 years ago
This wine was absolutely delicious. The server described it as dry, however, although it wasn't sweet, it also didn't have the typical dryness to the palate I would expect from a "dry" wine. Very little acidity, easy to drink, but not because it's not complex. I was extremely pleased with this wine. Paired well with sashimi and sushi, didn't overpower the delicate taste of the fish. — 9 years ago
