The best Pinot Noir I've ever tasted! An exceptionally palatable wine with no tannic bite, but rich, complex flavors. A slight acidity that gives it full flavor and character with just a hint of effervescence. I tried a glass of this and was so impressed I couldn't stop talking about it so a couple weeks later my boyfriend went back to the restaurant to buy me a bottle! This wine was absolutely delicious. The server described it as dry, however, although it wasn't sweet, it also didn't have the typical dryness to the palate I would expect from a "dry" wine. Very little acidity, easy to drink, but not because it's not complex. I was extremely pleased with this wine. Paired well with sashimi and sushi, didn't overpower the delicate taste of the fish. — 9 years ago
