Light to Medium fruity blend, with a full bouquet that immediately apprehends one's attention. Slight undertone of dryness. Would, of course, be excellent with any meat dish, but absolutely perfect with cheesy, meaty pasta dishes such as Lasagna or Baked Ziti, etc...along with a rich chocolatey dessert, like double chocolate fudge cake or chocolate mousse, etc!
