Birthday dinner @ Nectar.
2nd choice as first bottle wasn’t in stock. PnP. Red color with some bricking. Lovely floral, earthy, and unique nose. Palate was fairly muted but this needs a decant. Medium depth and finish. Decent restaurant list value. — 21 days ago
1hr+ decant. Red, maroon, prune color. Dark stewed fruit with some floral elements on the nose. Nose and flavor weren’t connected. Wine was pretty one dimensional with no real standout characteristics. Medium minus depth and finish. Not bad, had higher expectations. — a month ago
Vibrant gold/yellow color. Awesome nose filled with melons, minerality, cream, and a hint of cigarettes. Complex, unique wine. A little funk mid-palate that has some bite. Medium plus depth and medium finish. Resembles the ‘15 vintage I had. If you can find a better or more unique white for under $20 I’d like to try it. This rocks!! — a month ago
1hr+ decant. Dark purple color. Dark fruit and cough medicine, with hints of prunes and baking spices on the nose. Cough medicine and more alcohol than I expected on the palate. Zero oak and lacks structure. Medium depth and the wine really coates the palate and sticks to your teeth. Medium plus finish. Good, just not my style.
Downgrading from 93 as this has become very harsh in the palate and fruit is gone. — a month ago

Decanted 1+hrs but needs more like 3-4. Grape Now & Laters and lots of alcohol on the nose. Palate contains dark cherries with some herbs. Wine improved vastly with time. Medium depth and finish. Below expectations, but age and a longer decant may change that. — a day ago
