Made a quick, good swap from the initial wine which I’ve had twice and hated both times.

PnP’d this wine. Dark red color. Stewed cherries, raisins, and decent sweetness on both the nose and palate. Medium plus depth.

Modest gold color. Stone fruit, lemongrass, and maybe a hint of vanilla on the nose. Same on the palate, which is well integrated. Medium depth and finish.

PnP. A rustic red, maroon color. Earth and flowers dominate an expressive nose. Wine is on the lighter side with the nose elements coming through with some burned oak. Medium minus depth and medium plus finish. Great value! — 3 days ago

Good wine list value. Definitely young and more tannic than expecting. Earthy, with rustic fruit. Tastes like a wine I’ve had multiple times. Doubt age helps. Not bad, and for the list price I’m satisfied, but wouldn’t buy for the cellar. — 15 days ago

Lovely gold color. Caramel, pineapple, and butter on the nose. Fairly muted on the palate at first then the pineapple jumps out although it seems past prime. Medium depth and medium plus finish. — 8 days ago

Light gold color. Complex nose filled with beeswax, camomile, white flowers, and something subtle and sweet like apple Now-And-Laters. Well balanced on the palate with good acidity and medium depth, but not as expressive as the nose, maybe some stone fruit and butter. Very good! — 13 days ago

1hr+ decant. I find Continuum extremely inconsistent and therefore overpriced. Dark red color. Stewed fruit, alcohol, olives, and oak on the nose. Wine is very astringent, tannic, and tart. Hits the palate like a razor blade. CDP elements on the finish. Maybe an insanely long decant would help, but doubt it. Some bottles great, some not so….a conundrum! — 23 days ago
