Love it. Peter Franus makes some pretty delicious and intriguing wines. This one is bright and refreshing on the nose - can't quite place the smells, but they're familiar. Tastes like Swiss cheese and cantaloupe that lingers nicely for a while. — 9 years ago

Just light enough. I think we could happily drink this with almost any meal. Great with ham and turkey so far. — 9 years ago
I just love Poliziano. This smells like blackberries or maybe cherries? It's just a great, well balanced, medium bodied red wine. Just the right amount of acid and dryness without being overwhelming. And it sticks to your tongue so you can continue to enjoy it for a little while. — 9 years ago
Pineapple on the nose. It's almost sweet at first and then dries out nicely. Quite a bit of lemon. — 9 years ago
So smokey. Tastes like barbecue. Normally I love - but wasn't expecting that from this. — 9 years ago
The nose was so light - even after letting it breathe it was pretty mild. I do get a lot of grapefruit in both the nose and taste. It's a pretty tart wine. — 9 years ago
