Brackish, somewhat bitter. Did not enjoy this wine. — 8 years ago
Very, very smooth. — 8 years ago
Lighter than a typical Cabernet, both in color and on the tongue. But it surprises you with a sort of gushing lusciousness around the edges of the tongue. Highly drinkable and enjoyable. — 8 years ago
Perhaps because I've been used to "heavy" Cabernets, this wine came across as a little light at first. However, within a few minutes, it got better and better. It has a very nice balance and finish. This wine is not well known, but I highly recommend it. — 8 years ago
Surprising Pino Noir - skins are removed and it is fermented in steel and oak tanks. It smells almost like a Chardonnay, and comes out as a rose. Very nice for a first wine of the evening. — 8 years ago

Nice Cabernet - brings out the spice in Mexican food. Very reasonable price. — 8 years ago
Surprisingly good Cabernet! Very smooth, with a very nice tannin and a long finish. Definitely a keeper. — 8 years ago

We discovered this wine because of a wine tasting last spring where wines from Washington state were featured. This one was a little pricy - but proved to be worth it. Very dry, but very smooth. Quite flavorful to the sides of the tongue, but not sweet. It has become one of our favorites for special occasions. — 8 years ago
