Domaine des versauds Morgan 2011. Not well versed in cru Beaujolais so wasn't sure what to expect... this was a nice surprise! The structure and fruit were both awesome, and it even had a nice savory component. Finish was a bit short, was the only thing, but I'd say a steal at under $20. — 9 years ago
Unearthed a bottle of 2007 and was curious to see how it's standing up. Thought maybe being unfiltered it would have some staying power, and sure enough the fruit is still fresh. Am curious how it compares to current vintage. Not a big fan of this style but am impressed by its longevity. — 9 years ago
Really in love with this wine. Ripe yet with nice acidity, it seems dead on for 2015. Am particularly into the slight funky earthiness alongside the bright red fruit - I believe Yann Bertrand uses natural winemaking practices, and it shows. — 6 years ago
Am drinking my husband's deal gift from the constellation purchase. Wasn't expecting this wine to last so long but the 2001 1.5 L is still very youthful! — 9 years ago
Medium body, good structure, minerally, fresh red fruit. Am learning about nerello mascalese and somm told me is a good example. Inlaws and I both like! — 9 years ago
This has converted me to Australia! Lovely bone dry minerally Riesling. Well done Clare Valley! — 6 years ago
Couldn’t believe how light and complex this was! Reminded me of cru Beaujolais. Changed how I see Zinfandel and definitely needed a delectable note. — 6 years ago
I need to revisit when I don't have a cold. Was bright and structured and seemed very young, with fruit a little crunchy. A nice wine but pretty straightforward - not a great value, as far as I could tell. — 9 years ago
v2003. A well done hot vintage Bordeaux. Ready to go with lots of fruit - a little bit pruney, even, but structure is nice. Very pleasant! — 9 years ago

Perfect steakhouse pairing. Tons of macerated black fruit and HIGH ripe tannins. Can’t imagine drinking this any earlier. — 5 years ago
