Is there such a thing as a “drinkable” Napa wine. Still beautiful and complex. Great with prosciutto, Sharp cheddar and peppered crackers… 🍷 🥩 — 2 years ago
Unique, smokey dark Syrah from Proper in WW. Syrah only vineyard hiding down south in the rocks. This is their 9th vintage. Worth trying every one. (Even though the 2019 is best!) — 2 years ago
What a divine Tempranillo. Light-Medium dry body with lots of fruit on the finish. Nothing to complain about at all! — 2 years ago
Mr Dunn has another hit! I’m a red fanatic with no shame. But it truly compliments the strong Long Shadows Collection with it’s intense starting notes and light finish. — a year ago
Served at Rupert’s, taken home to Shore Lodge. Red fruit with a tannin filled leather and tobacco finish. — 2 years ago
While the Walls is very overpriced due to geography. The Syrah tells a story of a new town created out of the love of winemaking. Drinkable, Red Fruit forward and a succinct finish . — 2 years ago
Introduced to me by @Skip Smyser years ago. The 2019 continues to impress with dark fruit and baking spices. Lots of layers and smoother tannins than most Napa reds. Happy 4th! 🇺🇸 — a year ago
This is a rating of this particular bottle as Pepperbridge reds always are a 9+. However, the 2005 1.5L of Cabernet had some cork issues and had fallen slightly flat. The 05 merlot is being opened next week! Still a nice party trick — 2 years ago

One of my favorite Cabernets out of Napa Valley. Long strong red fruit. Crazy finish that ends in a bouquet. Lovely! — a year ago
