I made the mistake of not decanting before tasting this one. It improved immeasurably after gently decanting (not through an aerator!).

It is a very sophisticated/on the dry side taste for a Malbec and I prefer Argentinan Malbecs.

This was very enjoyable and rich, complex and rewarding to drink but if you like plummy/jammy Argentinan Malbecs this won't compare too favourably. — 6 years ago
