So red it's almost purple. Clear, crystal halo. Strong legs. stone fruit, green pepper & nutmeg on the nose. SMOOTH!!!!! First taste, full mouth feel, and did I mention smooth! Having it with surf & turf, 2013. Can easily handle a few more years. — 9 years ago

Ambonnay Grape... very clean finish. We are enjoying with surf & turf. Yum

Had this today for a vendor tasting. It's rich fruit base, Butterscotch nose has a full mouth feel. If you can find it, buy it. I know its out of production, but this is a winner — 9 years ago

Tiny little bubbles for hours. Nose:. Cross between honey due Mellon & a Pippen Apple. Lots of yeast on the front of your pallet, perfect acid to mineralality. Mid, 100% jolly rancher apple. Back, yeast, fresh baked white bread & a hint of nutmeg. Those whom love Apple Pie would love this champs. Perfect with light fish, it will do down spices & for a lazy summer afternoon.
