Nothing spectacular, but pretty tasty nonetheless. — 9 years ago
Really smooth! Better than I remember. Blackberry, raspberry, little bit o' spice. — 9 years ago
Perfumed, expressive floral notes (rose petals). Quite lovely, but not my favorite acquisition from our recent SB trip. — 9 years ago
Laura enjoying a Sta. Rita Hills Pinot? Shocker! Really nice, soft and supple, lush ripe cherries and a touch of clove. — 9 years ago
Kind of a perfect Aussie GSM. Berries, bramble, and a bit of wood spice. — 9 years ago
A little warm, but still pleasant! Offering aromas and flavors of raspberries, licorice, cola. Yum! — 9 years ago
Quite tasty, but nothing I would give up my religion for. Which isn't technically saying anything because I'm a faithless heathen, but it's a bit hurtful to know I couldn't possibly accept salvation because of a single delicious white Rhone Wine from the central coast of California. Tasty, really tasty. Just not ebullient. — 9 years ago
Classic producer from a Jekyll-and-Hyde vintage. Fortunately, this is a Jekyll, mild-mannered and so frackin' delicious. Happy birthday to me. #domainedrouhin — 9 years ago
2012 Quixote "Dulcinea" rosé of petite sirah. Really easy-drinking, good weight, rhubarb/cocoa/red velvet cake flavored. I dig it. — 9 years ago

Basically a Zinfandel masquerading as a Pinot, but in this case, that's not necessarily a bad thing. Rarely do I enjoy this sort of extracted, deeply concentrated style, especially when it comes to Pinot, however there is an elegance here that makes it worthwhile and thoroughly enjoyable. — 9 years ago
