Been a Belle Glos fan for several years - the 2011 Meiomi blend may have beat the single vineyard (and twice the price) wines this year. The color is a brilliant, clear maroon. The nose is rock handy and teenage lip gloss. The mouthfeel is light. The taste is more than the bubble-gum nose would project - strawberry, blueberry, sour cherry with the cherry-coke I live in Cali pinot noirs. — 12 years ago

Hot nose - cayenne peppers and raspberry. Very light body. Lots of heat in the mouth - it just feels a bit off balance. Finish gets medicinal. Hoping this changes after a bit of time in the glass. — 12 years ago
