Earthy & woody in fragrance. Hints of eucalyptus/medicinal qualities after first sip. Has a little bit of an attitude at the end. It's scent is like a librarian carrying an old, musty book in their new, soft leather briefcase. Delicious with the brisket we made. — 9 years ago

Not as sweet as I am lead to believe about This varietal, but still a touch too sweet for me personally. Whispers of peach. I enjoyed it more with my meal (ahi tuna club sandwich), than on it's own. Lots of sediment on the bottom, a touch oily. — 9 years ago
