Great balance with just enough grass that I didn't have to chew cud latter on. Went very well with a goat blue and scallops. Will try to get my hands on some more of this juice. — 11 years ago

For drinking juice in the woods, not bad for the price. Balanced well, meaning not a fruit bomb, with some good body. No it's not a power house heavy weight bruiser but a nice straight shooter. Needed to catch its breath but after that it gave up well to the smoothness that comes from these high necked Rioja's.

Not complex, not over fruity and not to acidic. Different, did not hold up to an aggressive aged salami. Porch sipping on a hot day, maybe a bit child. It was balanced just didn't have a backbone, body, not a fruit bomb but just enough for a Spanish style. Did a lot better with an assault of brined olives and baby pickles. Needs a hard cheese to smack it around in your mouth. — 11 years ago
