Well made, but under $30 California Pinot noir, you always disappoint me. Something harsh and almost metallic on the nose every time. After some time in the glass, opened up, but still felt more tannin than expected. — 8 years ago
Drinking it next to an Alsace gewurtz. Less perfumed. Not bad for the price. — 8 years ago
Drank it last night paired with shrimp right out of the shell. Briny, minerality on the nose, a pleasant salinity on the pallate. A rich mouthfeel without heaviness. Bought some to see how it ages. Would drink in the summer as an aperitif. — 8 years ago

Perfumed on nose and palette. Pairing with tuna steak marinated in soy and ginger. — 8 years ago
