Harsh. Rubberband! No good at all until I tried it with a great hard cheese. Then it exploded. But for all other times than that it would have been a no from me — 5 years ago
Spicy, and meaty with a small vanilla touch. Lingers and quite complex. Yet not a favourite. Great with tallegio cheese, though. — 5 years ago
No complexity at all - just straight on cassis both in nose and flavor. But having said that, it's very easy to drink and works great with blue cheese (Saint Agur) — 5 years ago
