Made beef Wellington and decided I needed a cab to go with it this fit the bill perfectly. Not normally a big cab fan (Pinot Noir snob) got this last summer on a Niagara trip. Nice bold texture with decent (good) tannins. Enjoyed it immensely! — 9 years ago
