My favorite low-priced white. Not too sweet, not too buttery, not too sharp--everything in balance. A great "daily drinker". — 12 years ago
Big red juicy fruit. Slightly sweet and hint of lemon peel, cinnamon and cocoa. Slight tannin finish. Warm and lush. Very tasty, drinkable and comforting. — 12 years ago
As subtle as the name "garnacha de fuego" would suggest. Too intense for sipping alone, but stands up nicely to pizza and pasta. — 12 years ago

I do not like wines with animal mascots. I also don't like cheap wine. But this is surprisingly good. It isn't complex or challenging. You won't taste a lot of nuance. But it is surprisingly tasty. And at $5 a bottle, you can do a LOT worse. — 12 years ago
