Initial nose shows obvious Cabernet majority. Over jammy with ending wisps of earthy fungus. Dark color in the center with quick gradient to light rosé. Light on the palette with very very gentle balanced tannins. A little too quick to leave and isn't very full. Low alcohol. Notes of pomegranate, blackberry, apricot, fungus, minor leather and saline. Beautiful bouquet and long long lasting palate with a continuous sizzle on the tongue. Mild tannins but great body. succulent notes of chocolate, plum, leather, blackberries.
Surprising sweet first impression that quickly opens to something much dryer. — 9 years ago
