Waxy tart fruit, mouthwatering acidity. This wine basically jumps out of the glass — 9 years ago
Beautiful wine, we decanted this of the sediment and drank over a couple hours. In the first pour it had heavy scents of sweet anise and cherries almost like an expensive licorice from a time period fair. After some more time in the decanter it turned more towards a sweet smokey pipe tobacco with a little more earth showing. Really a great experience — 9 years ago
This wine screams Beaujolais, red cherries and cranberries are bright on the nose. As it opened in the glass a little cheese rind showed through. A piercing minerality on the palate with refreshing acid. A good bargain wine — 9 years ago

Under ripe blackberries, bold black pepper, and a hint of dried lavender. Beautiful wine, was a little tight at first — 8 years ago
