First sip was really surprising. A lot more going on with this one than most Cabernet Sauvignon. Second sip I took slower, and let it sit on the back of the tongue. Would recommend with spiced foods. It would complement black pepper and paprika flavors well. It would overpower subtle flavors. — 9 years ago

Good value for an under $20. Bitter and sour. Very herbal. Had this with a bowl of homemade Mexican Pozole. Not a typical pairing, but it worked! Very acceptable wine for a family meal. 2010 — 9 years ago
