Jose Hernandez reserve red blend from Mendoza,Argentina. Did not like very much. Thin, tannin tasting. Initial smell was of sour curry, too earthy. Acidic finish
Got better somewhat with food but still disappointed as Argentinian Malbecs are a favorite and we wanted something robust and berry, this was off the chart funky smelling and leathery tasting — 4 years ago

Very weak/thin for what I expected a Barolo to be. Get what you pay for. Bought at Trader Joes and it was ok with food but just ok. We let it decant and it was still slightly acidic. Would not buy again for our palate. — 5 years ago
