Jose Hernandez reserve red blend from Mendoza,Argentina. Did not like very much. Thin, tannin tasting. Initial smell was of sour curry, too earthy. Acidic finish
Got better somewhat with food but still disappointed as Argentinian Malbecs are a favorite and we wanted something robust and berry, this was off the chart funky smelling and leathery tasting — 5 years ago
