Very tiny production from the Brunori family. In 2013 the crop was much smaller, however, very concentrated. Reminds me of a theoretical blend of well-farmed Chinon, and well-farmed Morgon. — 9 years ago
This wine is just beginning to show its potential. Past vintages I've had include 2001, 2002. Not produced in every vintage, the is a Grosses Gewachs (Grand Cru) as defined by the VdP. Harvested at "auslese" ripeness, fermented very slowly, and just released in 2014. It will develop for decades. Brilliant! — 9 years ago

Since the 2007 vintage, this has been my informal "house red" (informal, because it's not going to be a perfect paring with everything). The 2012 (I have one bottle left) is concentrated, black fruit and minerality, and wonderfully aromatic. This is organically-farmed tannat, cabernet franc, merlot, and Monsieur Bozzi has a few rows of syrah planted as well. The small winery receives its barrels (one-used) from Vega Sicilia in Spain through the consulting oenologist, Stéphane Beuret. — 9 years ago

This is a perfect example of how great Riesling can be. The 2005 is "ripe" (a term used by German producers to describe maturity), with probably another 10 or so years to go (we've had 35-year-old examples at the winery). — 9 years ago
