Just finishing an interesting red meritage from Armida. Deep magenta color, Rich spicy cedar and blackberry notes in the nose, cherry, raspberry a bit of pepper on the palate, long spicy finish. Yummy. — 12 years ago

Tonight's wine is a nice Zin from Wilson. Notes of cherry on the nose, nice fruit, acid and tannin balance with a pleasant, medium length throat. Drinkable now with a potential to mellow as it ages over the next five years. — 12 years ago
