Butterscotch color. Vanilla scent, slight hint of pecan. Well developed structure and the sweetness is delicate--just right. Stephan brought it over. Enjoyed with sushi--sockeye salmon fried in bread crumbs and wild caught shrimp avocado cucumber roles. — 10 years ago

Delicious. I believe grapes are from Seven Hills Vineyard in Walla Walla AVA, though the wine is labeled Columbia Valley. I like that Seven Hills emphasizes healthy soil biology and plants alternate rows of flowers amongst the vineyards as habitat for beneficial insects. — 10 years ago
