Medium wine all around in regards to body, acidity, and intensity of nose and palate. Nose of crushed apples, white flowers, strawberry essence and chalky soul. The palate reflects the nose, with a crushing minerality complimenting the crispness of this wine.
Surprising discovery of this wine being from a red grape. Nose of dried apricot, stone fruit and talcum powder. The palate is medium sweet with notes of apricot, peach, and white/yellow flowers.
