Fresh fruit up front and light sourness lingers throughout... Nothing too complex beyond that but quality structure/feel. Not chilled. Good light summer wine — 10 years ago
Ok, new rule, five word descriptions here on out: cherries, tart, earthy, smooth, (lingering) acid. Really enjoyable as a dry and light red — 10 years ago
Hearty fruit on the nose, with a brandy/alcohol linger. Slight spice and tannin up front, acid is noticeable, finishes lighter and smooth. Woody and complex notes stay in mouth, and mouth feel is well structured but not heavy. Consistent dark fruit note throughout, as it is more vibrant than something dried. — 10 years ago
