Roses, roasted plums, thyme and stone effortlessly lift from the glass as the wine opens up. Thick, dark, saturated red (almost black) of silky cherries, roasted meat and beautifully integrated tannins in a palette that seems almost endless. — 8 years ago
Causeway Bay
Swirls in the glass with deep red silkiness. Roasted herbs, chocolate and vanilla slowly reveal themselves with some air and time. Long palette is still somewhat closed with only notions of mocha, cherries and thyme. Best after 2021. — 8 years ago
