Recommended by the wine shop in Ludlow and I have to say it was simply stunning. I am a sucker for Spanish red wine and this one is top of my list in the last month. Full bodied with full fruit flavor. Smooth finish and absolutely perfect with chicken and a plate of fresh 🧀 — a year ago
Simply not for me. Dry finish with limited sweetness. I really couldn’t taste the typical fruity nature that most Garnacha wines have. It’s really funny how wine tasting is extremely personal. By stark contrast, my wife loves this wine 😭. — a year ago
Tried this at Eddie V’s for my birthday dinner and loved it. There is good spice after finish with every sip. — a year ago
There is a really nice smoky & oakey flavor to this. It has clearly been matured in wood. This process also takes away the overly sugary/sweet nature of a typical port. This is absolutely delicious! — a year ago
I’ll say it again… Cava > Prosecco in my opinion. The after taste on this sparking wine is sweet. Now I’d still drink this on a hot summer day down here in NC. But Cava > Prosecco — a year ago
This is the first time I have tried White Port Wine, and I have to say that it is AMAZING! Unlike it’s red counterpart, this was served chilled to the bone after a summer feast of lamb and asparagus. To be honest, most of how something tastes is the state of mind you are in when you try it. I’m in. “Summer State of Mind” and this port is simply delicious! From a technical taste point of view I can taste apple, caramel, and honey. There is a nice syrupy consistency similar to red wine ports, but a tad smoother. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS!!! — 2 years ago
I tend to stay in the Spanish 🇪🇸, Chilean 🇨🇱, and Argentinian 🇦🇷 section of reds. But this evening I branched out to a full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon. And I have to say this was absolutely delicious. I could taste cherries 🍒 or blackberries and the finish was dry/smooth. — a year ago
Not a fan of this white port as a stand-alone. Tonic and mint very much needed with this one in a Porto Tonico. — a year ago
When it comes to sparkling wine it’s Italy (Prosecco) vs. Spain (Cava) for me. And in the summer time both are compelling options. La Marca Prosecco is just a tad too sweet for me. It’s drinkable, but I’d suggest that you find something else if you like your sparkling wine a little less fruit-tasting. — a year ago

I really taste night fruit like plum. Dry dry dry and I love that. The thing that makes this wine stand out is the length of time the flavor lingers in your mouth. It’s hard to describe it exactly but if you have had this wine you understand what I am saying. DRY, LONGEVITY, PLUM — a year ago
