Slightly harsh the first night we opened it- didn’t have the same depth & sweetness I remembered from our tasting. We poured another glass the second night and it was MUCH BETTER! I guess it really needed to breathe more. Jammy, buttery & smooth. Just have to remember to decant & let it chill for a while before enjoying! — 8 years ago

Awesome crisp sparkling wine. Minerals on the nose, effervescent dry cider flavor up front & tart on the back of the tongue. Creamy aftertaste. Delish all around! — 7 years ago
