It got a wee bit fruitier as I sipped slowly but never really produced the bouquet I'm accustom to in a Pinot Noir!

I guess I'm a snob. This wine doesn't really have much bouquet. It's possibly the mildest Cabernet I remember drinking. It left me wanting more!
