drinking this with dinner. herbal beet salad, lamb meatballs with figs, and cauliflower hazelnut salad. all from Ottolenghi's "Plenty More" and "Jerusalem" cookbooks. all awesome. this wine holds up to all the fats and flavors and spices. — 10 years ago
