Second generation winemaker in ca's coolest wine region: Humboldt County - part of the Far North Coast.
No cab expert here. Seems to be a good expression of the variety without extreme oak. Not particularly rich or complex. — 10 years ago
13 was a wam year so this does not have the acid I'm used to in our Humboldt Chard. That might be good for many as previous years had been on the austere side for many. No oak ML + on this wine. — 10 years ago
Lovely with bbq pork loin. — 10 years ago
A good value brut, but lacking in body and complexity. Crisp and pleasant to drink even so. — 10 years ago
Still a delicious fruity wine, but starting to add some complexity. I should call Brad Wiley and add this back the list of PN we make. — 10 years ago

Fair deal for the price. It is berserkers day so I figured I'd have one of last year's purchases. Decent. Thin. — 10 years ago
Doing a little research on bdx blend prior to the release of our 2012 Ishi Pishi ranch blend. While this wine was well made and good, tannins were a little corse. The cab sauv shows more than the other varieties. — 10 years ago

Likening this more and more. Fruity, herbal and bright acid. Low alc and oak shows the wine better than most by my pallet. — 9 years ago
