Upon the first sip, my first thought was light notes of "not quite ripe peaches". Perfectly light and crisp. Not my favorite for drinking straight, but definitely in the top 3.

Did not like this one at all. Can't pinpoint what a specifically it is, I just had the overwhelming sense of dislike. Luckily it came with a 'peach bellini' mixer (maybe that should have been a red flag) and after mixing the sugar elixer it became bearable. — 7 years ago
