Amarone della Valpolicella Corvina Blend

Paired perfectly with a superb roast pork lunch at Our Place in Willunga and kept going with a round of espresso.
Strong chocolate and spice notes. Would have benefited from time in the decanter.

Tasty. Paired with Chocolate bocce dessert.

Deep Ruby with legs. Nose a little closed. Brooding power with notes of dark chocolate with polished leather. Still developing. Full bodied palate with high alcohol of 15%. Pronounced flavour intensity with black currant leather cinnamon and cherries. Very good wine but will develop further.

Been looking for an affordable Amarone since I first tasted this beautiful wine in Italy in 2016. Found this one in Dan Murphy's and not too expensive compared to others I had seen.
What a find. Just a delight. A full bodied red with sweet overtures. Certainly chocolate and cherry tones. Sweet on the tongue but just delightful.

What is DOCG regulation for if wines like this one come out to market?

Italian big wine u won't be disappointed!
