Syrah

This estate Syrah always delivers. Ripe dark fruit core with peppery and meaty notes. Full and rich but not heavy. Silky candied tannins.

Ripe blueberry and blackberry, black pepper, light fresh herbs and hint of cured meat. Rich palate but nimble enough with balancing acidity. Lightly candied smooth tannins lead to lingering spicy finish.
Quite consistent through the vintages I’ve tasted, and this is the best yet. Will acquire more.
