When I think of Paso reds, ripe, rich, and concentrations come to mind. But from the few bottles I’ve tasted so far, the Grenache does not fit that profile.

This is very pretty Grenache. Perfumed and floral with fresh and light candied red fruits. Medium body and a vibrant and round palate, gaining complexity and singing after 3 hours. Possibly my favorite bottling so far from the winery.

Concentrated and savory, this 100% Grenache brings together the ripe dark fruits and vibrant red fruits nicely. Not sweet by any means, but this is like drinking liquid cotton candy. Just delicious!
