The most impressive Shiraz from a trip to the Barossa Valley. Wholebunch goodness, wild ferment goodness. Unfined / unfiltered. The nose is forever changing, and a massive range of scents at that. At first the glass was filled with cranberries and dried red fruits, followed by some sour cherry and milk chocolate. Opening up this delicious wine has developed a little more savoury with some dried herbal notes along with a sweet vegetal tone.
